Mission

The Centre of Love’s Mission is to facilitate a welcoming and safe place for women, children and the community that provides essential services while ensuring individual dignity is preserved.

Every beautiful handcrafted item is made with love in Kibera by the students of the vocational tailoring schools of The Center of Love. They are brought to the US and shipped by USPS from Colorado for quick, no-tariff/customs delivery.

Every cent of the proceeds is used to further support the Center of Love programs.

The Community we serve

The Centre of Love Foundation was established in the year 2017 and formally registered as a community-based organization. Inspired by a great sense of community service, Jeremiah Mumo, Anthony Hulula and Patrice Henning, all of whom are alumni of St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, founded the Centre as a safe space for underserved women and children. The Centre provides clean and safe water, toilet services and community-focused initiatives targeting Water, Sanitation and Hygiene.
